Things kick off with leadership taking the CliftonStrengths Finder and getting their results. All Team Members will fill out confidential “Getting to Know You” forms to assist the Coach with an honest appraisal of the team. The Coach will also meet individually with the Team Leader before the Team Discovery Session.
The first step towards high performance with each other is understanding how individual strengths can work together for the greatest success. This session focuses on the Team and the Team Leader. All members will learn their strengths. The goal is to jump start the team members into understanding their strengths and how they interact.
This is a 6 Hour Session
Employees value someone taking an interest in their development, yet only 3 in 10 strongly feel this is encouraged at work. When coached to strengths, everyone can see improvement in their performance.
Individual coaching starts with exploring the employee’s strengths and helping increase his or her understanding of them.
This is an ongoing relationship. The coach will work with the employee monthly, in person or by phone, to leverage those strengths.
High performance teams are critical for the 21st Century organization. In 2016, 84% of Americans were in some degree of matrixed organization.
The monthly Team Coaching will help the team members learn and understand not only their own unique talents, but also those of their teams. By relying on their individual strengths acting in concert, the whole team can become fully engaged.
This is an ongoing relationship. The coach will work with the team monthly, in person or by phone.
Turn-over is inevitable. The Coach will continue to assess new staff and help orient them to the organizational strengths-based culture. As new members are added to the team, they will be integrated into the ongoing coaching along with the rest of the team.
