Exploring Strengths and their applications for Individuals
Self-awareness is the pathway to personal and professional improvement. This engagement is designed to take you from learning about your strengths, to aiming them for success.
Talent Discovery starts with taking the CliftonStrengths Finder and getting your results. You will also fill out the “Getting to Know You” form to assist the Coach with understanding your challenges. Then the coach will provide a one-hour session to review results and help you create your development plan.
Taking you to the next stage, Transformation with Talents builds on the self-awareness achieved in Talent Discovery. This adds two follow up sessions for you, to help you monitor your progress with your plan, making adjustments as needed.
Jump starting Team Members into understanding their strengths and how they interact
Things kick off with the team taking the CliftonStrengths Finder and getting their results. All Team Members will fill out confidential “Getting to Know You” forms to assist the Coach with understanding the team. The Coach will also meet individually with the Team Leader before Session.
The Session starts with the coach and the team without the manager for one hour, then 5 hours of interactive group exploration of the Team's Strengths, using 4 structured conversations and hand outs.

The Session is broken into three structured conversations and hand outs, for a total of 4 hours of interactive group exploration of the Team's Strengths.
